CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Except if that cancellation is due to weather in winter months. Appointments are considered a no show 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. PLEASE CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS. If I don’t receive confirmation of your appointment before your scheduled service, I have the right to cancel that service. I would hate to do that! 😫 REFUNDS: I do not provide refunds on services.
